How does free shipping work?

Orders headed to any destination in the United States ship for free – wahoo!

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders cutoff is 3 PM EST on weekdays and any order after 3PM EST will not ship until the next business day.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Where is my package?

To find out the location of your package, take a look at the tracking info that was emailed to you. Just a reminder that this email will be separate from your order confirmation email, so be careful not to miss it!

If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your package, you can contact the carrier directly.

How can I get my order faster?
