Refund policy

What is Lanceton's return and refund policy? 

We accept return within 30 days of delivery.

Refund or exchanges for damaged/defected items are completely free, please send us a photo of the damaged/defected item to help@lancetonoutdoor.com and we will process the refund or exchange based on your preference.

If you want to return and refund for non-quality reason, we will charge 10% of the payment amount for restocking fee. Refunded amount will automatically deduct the restocking fee and we will process the refund upon receives the returned item.

Returned item must be in the same condition as it was received. To start the return process, please email us at help@lancetonoutdoor.com and we will email you the shipping label.

Why do we have fees for returns?

These fees allow us to keep our prices and artisan partnerships sustainable. Specifically, they help cover the cost to ship items back and manage the inventory. We always want to reduce waste, recycle, and donate where we can, so they help fund initiatives there as well.

Can I cancel an order? 

You can cancel before an item ships. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at help@lancetonoutdoor.com

If an item has already shipped, it will be considered a return.
